What Is Microblading?

Microblading is a type of eyebrow tattoo that lasts for a short time. Is It Safe to Exercise After Microblading?

You must refrain from physical activity for seven days following your microblading appointment. While light exercise is permitted (with minimum perspiration), you must immediately rinse the tattooed area with lukewarm water afterward. Sweat contains salt, which rapidly fades the colour and produces unsatisfactory effects.

Photodamaged and aging skin is characterized by the thinning of the epidermis and dermis and is associated with a decrease in collagen levels resulting in fine lines, wrinkles, tone and texture changes.
